General conditions

The general conditions of sale and the internal regulations form an integral part of the hotel contract and whose acceptance is mandatory before the conclusion of the sale. The reservation request implies acceptance of these provisions and their full and unreserved acceptance. The rooms made available to our customers are verified, functional and in good condition. Our customers are invited to immediately report any deficiencies or malfunctions to the hotel reception.

Booking conditions

Reservations are only considered firm if accompanied by a valid credit card number, expiration date and security code; or with a prepayment of the deposit before the customer’s arrival. For reservations subject to payment of a deposit, it should be noted that the reservation remains subject to receipt of the deposit within the allotted time (5 days).

You are kindly requested to plan an arrival before 7:00 p.m. and to notify us in the event of a late arrival.

Payment for all services is made, upon arrival of the stay, directly with the hotelier with the exception of special offers such as “non-refundable, non-cancellable” rates, the amount of which may be debited. before the client arrives.

A bank card number will always be required as a guarantee. People who have booked a room must leave a deposit (bank check, on presentation of an identity card, bank pre-authorization or cash).

Terms of cancellation

A prepayment of 30% of the amount of the entire stay will be requested when booking. This deposit is never refunded in the event of cancellation.

For a cancellation less than 15 days, or less than 30 days (applicable for bookings between 01/07 and 15/09), before the start date of the stay or in the event of a no-show, the amount of the entire booked stay is due. No-show is considered the effective check-in of the room.

Delays on arrival or early departures cannot under any circumstances give rise to a refund. Customers are reminded, in accordance with article L. 121-21-8 12 ° of the Consumer Code, that they do not have the right of withdrawal provided for in article L. 121-21 of the French Consumer Code. consumption.

To cancel your reservation, please inform us by email (reservation@estafete.fr) or phone.

The cancellation of reservation is effective upon receipt of an e-mail from us confirming it. In accordance with the provisions of the law n ° 78-17 of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access, rectify and oppose personal data concerning you.

We do not offer cancellation insurance. We therefore recommend that you take out one from your insurance company.

Presentation

Anyone wishing to stay with Estafête is required to make their identity and that of the people accompanying them known. The owner has the freedom not to receive customers with noisy or incorrect behavior, customers whose behavior is contrary to good morals and public order.

Access to rooms

The customer may not bring into the room third parties not known by the owner of the guest room, unless authorized by the latter. Likewise, the client cannot rent a room for a number of people greater than that provided for by the regulations in force. Pets are only accepted with the owner’s agreement.

The rooms are available from 4:00 p.m. (day of arrival) and must be vacated by 11:00 a.m. (day of departure, unless otherwise agreed by the owner). Please note, in the event of a departure beyond that, you will be charged an additional night. If you wish to keep the room for an extra night, payment for the room must be made by 11:00 am, subject to availability. In addition, your room is provided for a specific number of people. To ensure the safety of the guest room, you must under no circumstances accommodate additional people.

Payment

The housing benefit is payable upon taking possession of the premises. For stays longer than 3 nights, payment will be made in advance for each 3-night stay.

Checks and cash are accepted, with the exception of € 200 and € 500 notes. American Express credit card is not accepted due to repetitive fraud. We ask everyone staying in our establishment to present an identity document for payment by check. In the event that you cannot provide us with this document, we would be forced to refuse your request for room rental. By application of article 2102 of the Civil Code, the customer cannot oppose the retention of his luggage if he refuses to pay.

Prohibitions

For security reasons and for the respect of everyone, it is strictly forbidden to smoke in the entire establishment. In accordance with decree n ° 2006-1386 of November 15, 2006 setting the conditions for the application of the ban on smoking in places assigned to collective use, smoking in the house exposes you to an additional bill of 60 € / day or to lawsuits. Any untimely triggering of the fire alarm for non-compliance with this provision will be invoiced 100 € for the cost of putting the fire safety system back into service.

Failure to comply with this prohibition will result in the billing of a service including cleaning, disinfection and deodorization costs for an amount of € 100.

Likewise, it is forbidden to cook in the rooms, to eat there or to bring drinks. It is also completely forbidden to do your laundry and to dry clothes outside.

Animals

Animals are not accepted, unless otherwise agreed by the owner. Animals remain under the responsibility of their owner. The price per animal is 10 € / night.

Minors

In general, children are the sole responsibility of the adults accompanying them.

Breakfast

Breakfast is served between 8:30 am and 10:30 am in the room provided for this purpose. In the event of a very early departure in the morning, we can, on request, make it available in self-service in this same room.

Responsibilities

Children and animals are the sole responsibility of the customer.

We decline all responsibility for your luggage or objects left in public areas.

Degradation & damage

The customer must use the rented item with due care and respect the premises and the decoration of his room. In case of problem, the customer will have to engage his civil liability. In the event of damage, Estafête reserves the right to invoice the customer for the cost of repair or replacement. It is the same for any infringement noted after the departure of the customer.

If you notice a wear problem, please report it as soon as possible to reception so that a technician can intervene as soon as possible.

Nuisances

To respect the rest of other customers, be careful not to slam the doors or make noise, particularly between 10 p.m. and 9 a.m., in the rooms, common areas or on the terrace. Daytime noise is also prohibited.

Any neighborhood noise related to the behavior of a person or an animal under his responsibility, may lead the hotelier to invite the customer to leave the establishment, since the noise generated is likely to affect the peace customers (art. R.1334-30 and R.1334-31 of the Public Health Code).

A guest room is a place of rest. Any trade is strictly prohibited there. In general, thank you for respecting the tranquility of other customers.

Claims

Any complaint about the quality of the services provided must be presented to the hotelier immediately.

Lost and found

Items left or abandoned may be sold under the conditions provided for by the law of March 31, 1896.

Departure

At the time of his departure, the customer is prohibited from taking any object whatsoever, belonging to Estafête.

Wireless internet

WiFi is free for Estafête customers. A code will be issued to you on site at reception.

Car park

The number of parking spaces is limited, non-reservable and free. People with reduced mobility have priority for parking.

Acceptance of the rules

Estafête’s internal regulations apply to all reservations. Any stay implies acceptance of the general conditions of sale and the house rules.
